The inexah Wellness autumn event is on Saturday, November 8, 2025. This event will offer opportunities to engage in individual and collective practices which may clarify our needs, interests, and actions to be better prepared to cycle into the season of cooler and more introspective, rest-friendly energy.
We will explore resources and supports for accessing light, joy, gratitude and warmth through the cold, dark and often isolating sensations of a winter season.
Early registration rate: $40 / person
After September 8: $45 / person

8:30 - 9:00 Arrival and check-in
9:00 - 10:15 Slow flow asana movement
10:15 - 10:30 Savasana with “clarity” guided meditation
10:30 - 11:00 Self reflection and journaling with prompts
11:00 - 12:15 Communal Dialogue (“Clarity in Community”) with BYO lunch
12:15 - 1:30 Restorative Reiki session

Cancellations: All registration sales are final. No refunds will be issued, but you are free to transfer your registration or resell it at face value or less. To transfer your registration to another person, email shelly.inexah@gmail.com.
