The inexah Wellness summer pop-up event will include three morning sessions. The theme, Celebrating Community, will be reflected throughout the sessions.

$35 per person.

The schedule is as follows:

• 8:30 - 8:55 am: Arrival and karma project collection

• 9:00 - 10:15 am: Slow-flow asana (movement) session

• 10:15 - 10:50 am: Summer nutrition community dialogue with a selection of snacks (provided)

• 10:50 - 11:30 am: Guided relaxation meditation

• 11:30 - 11:45 am: Departure
